Whole Foods Study September 25

We are on day 11 of the whole foods study in which I am participating. A few more days and so many ideas! Good thing that this will be an ongoing thing for me, personally. What do I mean? I will keep incorporating what I have learned.

Today I made yet another food: Ratatouille. We had it as a side (with baked chicken). Now, the recipes I have seen suggest serving ratatouille over rice and noodles. Next time I will have to do that as I did not find the dish particularly filling. It's also has a sort of mushy consistency, so I might cook it less than the 40 minutes they suggest. I did like the flavors of all the ingredients.

If you want to know exactly how I made the ratatouille and how I came up with the idea, you can read this post.
