This is day four of the whole foods study in which I am participating. So far, it has been a lot of fun because I get to interact (online) with other participants and exchange ideas.
Today was my second soda-free day (water with dinner) and I finished the leftover vegetable soup that I had made Monday for the first day of the challenge.
