Whole Foods Study September 28

Today is the last day of the two-week whole foods study I have been blogging about. Since I did not do much today as far as substitutions go (aside from the water instead of soda), I want to end this blogging series by sharing a few resources for those who are interested in nutritional lifestyle changes and/or learning about whole foods. Well, the two go hand in hand.

Anyway, a few years ago I came across a TV station called Veria Living. When I moved, I could not find it anymore. I recently discovered that it's changed names on the TV listing to WOCKC. On Comcast in Chicago, that is channel 389. You can try their website at http://www.veria.com/tv/ to see if you can find a TV listing for you area. You can also see an overview of the TV shows they have.

Veria is also on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/VeriaWellness/info

I also use a cookbook that I won called "The Whole Truth" by Andrea Beaman. She used to have a show on Veria. Maybe she still does, I don't know.

So, that's it. Happy and Healthy Eating!
