Day 9 of the whole foods study still has me with more new food ideas. Dinner was not quite whole food as I added leftover sausage to warm whole wheat pasta (the dish also included red pepper, garlic, veggie and onion). But, I am keeping up with the no-soda habit and I also made a smoothie again instead of a chocolate shake. That is progress for me!
